HHC releases weekly report


The Hoosier Heritage Conference released its weekly report for boys’ basketball on Tuesday. 


Tristan Ross, Pendleton Hts.

Ross had 14 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Arabians to a victory over Yorktown.

Gavin Rose, Greenfield-Central

Rose had 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Cougars to a victory over Greenwood. Rose has four double-doubles on the season.

Josh Bryan, Delta

Bryan had 28 points against G-C and a 16/10 double-double against Mississinewa.


n Delta solidified its hold on first place in the HHC Thursday with a 74-46 victory over Greenfield-Central. Josh Bryan scored 28 points on 10-14 shooting. Conner Bedwell had 12 points, five rebounds, six assists and three steals to lead the Eagles. Brady Mundell had 14 points and five boards for G-C.

n At 19-0, Delta can clinch a share of the HHC title with a victory Friday against New Castle.

n The Eagles are 15th in the IBCA poll and moved up to No. 1 in the AP Class 3A boys poll this week.

n Pendleton Heights beat Yorktown 70-46 Thursday. Ryan Noel had 17 points, Tristan Ross 14 points and 13 boards, and Christian Jones 13 points for PH. Davrick Black had six assists and four steals. Daivainte Osuna had 15 points and seven rebounds for Yorktown. Luke Dunn added 14 points for the Tigers.

n Zach Kuhn had 29 points Monday to lead Shelbyville to a come-from-behind 67-58 victory over Pendleton Heights. Black had a career-high 21 points, coupled with four assists and three steals, for Pendleton Heights.

n Gavin Rose tallied 15 points and 10 boards for his fourth double-double of the season Saturday in Greenfield-Central’s 53-43 win over Greenwood.
