The kickoff party and will feature opportunities to meet and take selfies with the candidate, enjoy refreshments, earn door prizes, and shoot baskets in one of the most famous gymnasiums in the United States. Opportunities to donate to and volunteer for the campaign will also be available.
This event is free and open to the public. Mills said her campaign is all about representing the needs and interests of people in the 54th District, and this party is really more of a moment for voters in the district to come together.
“My team and I are really excited for the kickoff, and we hope to not only see lots of familiar faces but also make some new friends,” Mills said. “This is going to be a great chance to mingle and enjoy some hoops in one of our state’s most famous gyms. I can’t wait to see you there!”
