Saturday’s all-Quarter horse day will be the first of four for the year, and will feature 13 races on the card in the 11th running of the Indiana Grand QHRAI Derby Final.

WRs Apolliticalivory is the early morning line favorite after a commanding win in the trials. The three-year old gelding, trained by Randy Smith, will be going for his fifth win in seven career starts. His odds are set at 6-5 with Shanley Jackson riding from post six.

Defending Bradford Stakes champion Country Boy 123 is the early morning line favorite at odds of 2-1 heading into Monday’s Bradford Stakes race at Indiana Grand.

It will be the gelded son of Country Chicks Man’s second race this year, following a second-place running June at the local racetrack.

Another early favorite is WRs Valentino, who won his previous start in 2020. WRs Valentino comes from the Randy Smith barn and is the four-year old son of Might B Valiant and bred by Williams Racing Stables in Kentucky. He will start from the outside post 10 with odds of 3-1. His jockey is Sammy Mendez.

Accountability, with odds of 5-2, comes from the Ricardo Martinez barn.
