New mural added to East Washington Alley
Muralist Greg Potter stands next to his newest East Washington Street Alley painting depicting three-time Indy 500 winner Wilber Shaw. Shaw was born in Shelbyville in 1902 and won the race in 1937, 1939 and 1940. Historical plaques identifying the artworks will be installed after the final murals are placed.
