TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS
Car accident, 5:14 p.m., S. Noble St. A Honda CR-V, driven by Evelyn Gallardo, of Shelbyville, and a Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Derek Martinie, of Shelbyville, were in an accident. Gallardo told Shelbyville police she came to a stop preparing to turn left into a driveway and while making the turn, the Chevrolet passed and she collided. She said she believed she had her turn signal on.
Martinie said the Honda came to a stop in front of him and did not have the turn signal on. He said he waited for a few minutes and was unsure why the car stopped in the road before he began to go around her when she turned into his truck.
Neither driver was injured.
Car accident, 7:18 p.m., State Road 44. A Nissan Altima, driven by Madison A. Steele, of Bloomington, and a Saturn Vue, were in an accident. Steele told Shelbyville police she was backing up in a parking lot and did not see the Saturn, which was parked and unoccupied.

Ariel K.S. Smith, 23, Shelbyville, 6:53 p.m., domestic battery committed in the physical presence of a child less than 16, knowing the child is present and domestic battery with a prior unrelated conviction.
Marcus P. Porter, 41, Greenfield, 8:34 p.m., obstruction of justice, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia, theft and hold for another jurisdiction.
Michael T. McKinsey, 44, Greensburg, 10:30 p.m., possession of meth.
Justin D. Green, 28, Trafalgar, 2:13 a.m., refusal to identify self while stopped for an infraction/ordinance.
Brandi L. Burnine, 46, Shelbyville, 9:12 a.m., possession of a controlled substance.
Robert E. Bedell Jr., 49, Shelbyville, 10:02 a.m., invasion of privacy.
