Matchups for the IHSAA Baseball State Finals are set. Eight teams will play for a state championship on June 21-22.
The state finals will take place at Victory Field, which is home to the Indianapolis Indians. Admission is $12 per day.
All four state championship games will air live on Bally Sports Indiana (rebranding from Fox Sports Indiana). For viewers outside of the Fox Sports Indiana coverage area, a live stream will be available at IHSAAtv.org.
For those within the FSI coverage area, the stream will be available only on a delayed basis following the conclusion of the telecast. All four games will also be broadcast on affiliates of the IHSAA Champions Radio Network.
In the Class A game, Washington Township (26-7) will play Shakamak (19-9) at 5 p.m. on June 21. Shakamak beat No. 1 Southwestern in regional action earlier in the postseason. The Lakers beat Borden 11-1 to advance to state. Washington Township beat Cowan 3-0 to advance.
In 2A, Eastside (26-6) will play Providence (22-7) at approximately 8 p.m. on June 21. Eastside beat Delphi 9-1 during semistate play. Providence was a 14-1 winner over University.
In 3A, Hanover Central (29-3-1) will play Southridge (25-7) at 5 p.m. on June 22. Hanover Central topped Norwell 7-0 to advance to state. Southridge beat Brebeuf Jesuit Prep 4-2 to advance.
In the 4A game, Fishers (23-12) will play Jasper (30-2) at approximately 8 p.m. on June 22. Fishers beat Munster 3-2 in semistate play. Jasper beat Mt. Vernon 17-2 to advance.
