On Friday night, Waldron boys basketball made the trip to Edinburgh High School for the second time that week to clash with Jac-Cen-Del in the Sectional semifinal.
Jac-Cen-Del runs with a tall, athletic team that went on a Semi-State run last season. Returning two big pieces from that team, they seemed locked-in in their first game against Southwestern. After their win, they watched the next game, preparing for their second round matchup.
Look around. Yellow bloomed flowers are in nearly every direction. They are seen reaching upward within clumped shades of green. Some will welcome them as a harbinger of spring. We know them as daffodils.
