Rylee Kleine won the 3200 Thursday at Hauser. The Yellow Jackets won 12 events against the Jets.

The Morristown girls’ team beat Hauser by winning 12 events while the boys’ fell by 21 points despite winning six events on Thursday.

The girls easily won, 83-38, over the Jets.

The Yellow Jackets won all four field events, with Lilly Stoddard winning both the high jump and long jump. Amber Burch, competing in her first meet this season, won the discus. And Delaney Cornn won the shot put.

Morristown swept the sprinting events, with Maggie Lutes winning both the 200 and 400 and Gracie Laster winning the 100.

And the Kleine sisters crossed the finish line first in the distance races, with Raegan Kleine winning the 1600 and her sister, Rylee, winning the 3200.

Morristown won two relays, as well. Alexia Rogers teamed up with Lutes and both Kleine sisters to win the 4x800 and Lutes, Laster, Batton and Raegan Kleine won the 4x400.

Allison Batton also won the 300 hurdles.

Hannah Everhart also scored points in the throws, while Ashton Marcum (distance) and Bella Thompson (sprints) also contributed.

The boys’ team was led by Tyler Schonfeld in the sprints and the relay teams.

Schonfeld won the 100 and 200 and two relays won.

The 4x100 team of Jacob Batten, Chase Theobald, Juriah Riley and Schonfeld won, while the 4x800 team of Brayden Burris, Austin Gabbard, Trey Gooding and TJ Butcher also crossed the finish line first.

Theobald also won the shot put, and Batten won the 800.

Morristown lost as a team, 71-50.
